Looks like the work of a certain overzealous/prudish ADMINISTRATOR.

Yeah, now I have two like that. The watch in that picture, it's band broke, so I decided to make it match the other one. I have many Mickey Mouse watches. It's a thing with me.

And the badass cuff and Mickey, says a lot about the way I am, if you know me.

In other news, I can't decide if I want a hair cut today. Should I go, or should I just stay in the warm house?

I won a grievance against my manager!

This is the second grievance I have filed against her and the second one I have won. I know when I'm wrong and I won't fight something if I know I was in the wrong and I definitely wasn't this time. I WIN!

First grievance

Last January we were notified in a unit meeting by our manager that they were cracking down on personal phone usage. They can print out phone logs and see how long you were on a call for and if you made the call, who you called. If someone called in they had no way of telling if it was a personal call or business call. Now, between the calls I get from Taxpayers coming in, I also get calls for the woman who sits in this cubicle at night. She she said "They will be telling us to write you all up if you don't go easy on the phone usage" so someone asked "Will you verbally counsel us, one on one before you write us up? Give us a chance to see what kind of calls we're making and give us a chance to improve" and she said yes. Then a few days later she calls me in to her office to give me a contact memo for my call usage in December! WTF? We had only been told about it in January and she wrote me up for the month before? So I asked her "I thought you were going to counsel us before you wrote us up?" Her first answer was "I dont remember saying that" and when I said I wasnt the only one who heard her she said "I did verbally counsel you. That meeting was your verbal counseling" So I said "No, you said it would be a verbal counselling ONE on ONE"
CONT'D

and she said again "I dont remember saying that." So I went to the Union to have them set up a meeting between the Branch office and me and then I sat down and wrote a statement and wrote everything I remembered her saying. I had all the peoople who were at the meeting and heard her say it, which was ( 9 people ) sign it and I brought it to the meeting. CONT'D

I also fought the fact that my phone usage was "excessive" considering the majority of the calls were incoming and they can't hold that against me. How can I keep people from calling my phone? It gets recorded in the phone log whether I pick it up or it goes to my voicemail or night shifts voicemail. There is no way for them to differentiate.
So that was grievance number one...

grievance number two had to do with my time usage.

She wrote me up for all the time I took off during the summer and fall. Ummm...I was getting married and was on my honeymoon, was very sick all summer and hurt my leg and was still getting over being sick in the fall. I had documentation for all of it. She tried to put me on leave restriction but she cant if 1. I have documentation for all the time I took off, and 2. she doesnt give me a contact memorandum 1st. She gave me one back in April which stated that I had two pay periods to improve my time or I would be put on a leave restriction notice. I improved. So I said, when she gave me the leave restriction notice in September, that she hadnt given me a contact memo 1st and she said the one from April was still good, when even I know that wasnt true but she was trying to get away with it. But she didn't
