2800 miles round trip was a bit long, wish I had the time to have gone.

I see by your pics you found the "Bug Ranch".
 I've been trying to find a narrative plus pics of the trip. We went to Roswell last year while visiting the Trinity Site. The weather in April was great!

We visited the Bug Ranch in 2007 too. Here are some of my pictures.
Here we are for a pre-carabug photo op in ABQ on Thursday.

After driving through a nasty monsoon-like rainstorm, we exited I-40 at Edgewood to wait for the remaining Beetles. Then we caught up with the 'new' Mike at Clines Corners. A pickup truck driver took pictures of Luke's bug on his camera phone to send to his Beetle-owning wife.

#1 and 2 - Some of the crew at an outpatient clinic for sick Beetles. Daisy wasn't sick but she wanted to visit her friends!
#3 - JoAnne, Audrey and me at the caverns #4 - At the show on Saturday - now there's some good looking people! Haha. #5 - Junebug - Lindsay Callaway's NB at the show. Before she died of cancer, she designed the flowers and a shop donated their time and labor to paint her design on her car.

Who's got the silver beetle with the blue and red drops on it? I love that!!! Inspires me to do something like that on mine. Plus it proves that blue and silver go well.....LOVE IT.
Honestly, love them all. It looks like a great time was had. I can't wait for the next one!!!!! I'm so there!
