    I got a 2001 beetle that cranks but won't start. I was able to get code 01314 & 01321 from address 17. Can't get anything from address 01 because ecu won't communicate. The can-bus requires a resistor to function. That resistor is in the ecu and can be checked by testing pin 58 & 60 for ohms...
