03 Beetle ABS module problems

I got a 03 Beetle with 2.0L engine and it has ABS. I did complete brake swap and noticed that rear left brake pads were almost new while all others were practically worn. Replaced shoes and rotors and wanted to bleed the system but couldn't get any fluid to the rear left caliper. Went up to the master and cracked lines while depressed brake pedal and good pressure. Cracked lines going into the ABS module and good pressure. Cracked all lines going out of module and exactly the line for rear left is dry. No fluid comes out of module at that port. Anybody ever experience something like this before? Any help is appreciated.
