The air bag error light is on in the instrument cluster. OBD II error code says no continuity of circuit in front seat belt latch. Unable to locate a replacement so took mine apart, driver's side. I found a broken wire and repaired it. Now light still on, repair shop error code reader says same issue with passenger side latch. I cannot find a replacement for that one either. Found one in a junk yard for an '03 model but when I removed mine and compared, they are different. I have taken mine apart to find where the short in the circuit is and cannot find it. There is a very small circuit board inside the passenger side latch and I suspect that is where the issue is. Does anyone have any ideas for locating a replacement or for diagnosing and fixing the issue with mine?
