What are you looking for exactly? A Turbo S? Just a beetle with the 1.8T? A Beetle Sport (different from the Turbo S).
The Turbo S is a '02-'04 car with the 1.8T 180hp and the 6-speed manual, as well as different bumpers, seats, and some other trimmings. The 1.8T cars can be had through '05. Beetle Sports are I think around '00-'01 era? Both of those can be had with a manual or auto.
If you want one with a Ko4, that turbo was not offered stock so it would have to have been swapped in with other mods.

I mean, the same sources apply. They are rarer, since they were only produced for 3 years ('02-'04) so they can be tougher to find. But I do see them pop up for sale on Facebook every so often. You might want to join the NewBeetle.org facebook group and ask there. There may be someone there selling one.
