This car was created for NBA Hall of Famer, Dennis Rodman from a Base, 2.0L 8v, 5 speed 1998 New Beetle and has just 17,000 miles showing on the odometer. I can document that the car sat unused and not running for almost half of its 15 years. My mechanic believes the odometer is showing the car's actual mileage.

Original Mods:

convertible conversion by a coachbuilder (I believe in Arizona)
full leather (2-tone, solid black and perforated grey)
dash, console, door panels, shift knob, etc all trimmed with real carbon fiber
Anterra Type 163 chrome wheels 17" with 235/45R17 tires
Neuspeed Supercharger
Neuspeed Cat-back stainless steel exhaust
Custom single DIN CD player AM/FM stereo. Upgraded speakers and tweeters. Antenna relocated to trunk
Full ground effects kit
Custom airbrushed flame and naked women paint job by Al Martinez of Orange, CA. This was covered with blue vinyl by the guy I bought it from. My girlfriend has asked me to keep the ladies covered.

What I've done in the 2 weeks I've owned it:

Had supercharger removed and properly re-installed by Portland's Hillside Imports, a VW/Audi specialist and a Neuspeed dealer. They also fixed vacuum leak and broken cv boot.
Installed Weathertech front and rear digital floor mats
Replaced the original long VW antenna with a Cravenspeed Stubby
Installed full set of new Fuzion (Bridgestone) UHP 235/45R17 tires
Installed a K&N air filter, new cabin filter and new wipers
Ordered a custom Redline leather shift boot to match the leather seats
Getting estimate from local convertible top guy to re-sew the 3 rear plastic windows
Looking into replacing the stereo with a single DIN DVD stereo with a motorized 7" LCD screen and a rearview camera

I think the only way you will know if someone replies is to subscribe to your own thread. I believe you can change in the settings to notify you as well, i have it set to notify me for every thread I have commented on.

But, that is one sick car! I wish I were closer to see it!
