1999 2.0 "floods" while sitting overnight
So my daughters yellow bug has been running great, except for when it is started in the morning.
If you try to start it normally, not a chance. Holding the peddle tight to the floor and turning the key at it will fire up..Smokes a bit. After a bit of rough idle on start up it runs good.
Throughout the day it will start fine without any effort.
So what is happening when the car sits for 8 hours that is causing it to flood? What should I check to isolate it. Im thinking a bad injector???
