1999 New Beetle AEG 5-SPEED

car is my daily but looking to get into something bigger. has 212k on the ODO. car runs and drives. exhaust manifold has a crack but the flex pipe is recently replaced. magnaflow cat and resonator w/2.25in. pipe. has bbs rx2s with good tires. body is in sound shape except the front lower valence and fog lights are gone. driver seat bolster is torn. has cool blue drop-in filter. has new plugs and wires. ignition coil is just over a year old. new evap purge valve, ignition switch and fuel pump relay. has rear strut tower bar installed. And new hatch struts. CEL is on due to the exhaust manifold. has a valve cover gasket leak but I have the gasket for that. ac still blows cold. heat is alright but starting to fade. I think the waterpump is possibly failing internally. new passenger side window regulator. new driver side door latch. rebuilt driver side door lock cyl. I really just want somewhere between 500-1000 for the car. but really expecting closer to the 500-750 range. would be a great project for a swap or a great parts car. would rather not see it go to waste. I dont have the time to maintain it and need something bigger. would be happy to trade +cash on my end for something else like a jetta golf, passat, etc. I've had this car for 4-5 years and shes done her due diligence. car is located in south NJ. would be happy to meet. If no one wants it, I am considering parting it out. But I will need to find a new daily first. Lemme know whatcha got or what you wanna do. I'm pretty flexible. Can take more pics on request. This one is all that I have right now.
