I've googled a lot about getting a duplicate key made and as far as I know my year and model can be duplicated because there is no chip...am I correct? I know I have to take it to a sidewinder key cutter etc. Just wanna double check before I buy.

You shouldn't have an immobilizer in your '99. We've gotten a few keys made here: sidewinderkey.com Pretty good prices, great service. Very responsive if there are any issues.

And do add your location, etc. at the top left of the page there is a link for User CP. Follow that and you can edit your profile. Location, etc. is very helpful for us.
