It started with the passenger door a month ago, it will only unlock from the inside handle/door latch. Regardless of if it's unlocked with switch or key in driver's door. But after it has been opened from the inside handle, the outside latch will work fine and open the door when closed. Now it started with the driver's side. I locked my car while at work. The horn beeped, the red light blinked next to knob. When I came back, it unlocked but wouldn't open. I can see the lock knob engage and dis-engage up and down, down and up, but the door won't open when up. The red alarm button turns off and everything. It has nothing to do with the alarm. It's something mechanical at the door. I had to crawl through the back and it opened instantaneously with the inside door latch. Once it's unlocked from the inside, the door closes and opens just fine with outside latch/handle. Car starts fine and drives fine after that. Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks:)

I had similar issue with my locks. Found a damaged wire in harness that is between drivers door and car. Hard to access because of rubber sleeve. Look there first.

Thanks for the suggestion bro. I took a look and the harnesses look fine on both doors. No damage whatsoever. I have a feeling that the issue is mechanical, not electronic. Could it be the door actuators? Is it too coincidental that they both went out a month apart? I know that they work electrically but, aren't they mechanical, when locked and unlocked manually with key? Why wouldn't it let me open the door from the outside when I can clearly see the doorlock knob go up when I unlock the door with the key? Any help whatsoever or people with similar situations, please provide feedback. Thanks!

It maybe time, to pull the door panel and start inspecting things, for damage, confirm the linkages are connected as they should be. The most common mechanical failures; seem to be the door lock module, the linkage to the tumbler and the handle/cable/lock assembly.
