2001 1.8 T wont start

Tutns over but wont start. This sll started after I tried jumping battery and fried the comfort control box. I have since replaced. I replaced blown out #28 fuse. I tested fuel pump and it is fine. Doesn't get power when I turn over. Also not getting any spark at coils. Is there a msin fuse? I have tried everything

You might need a new battery. I had the same problem. Enough power to crank but not enough to start.

Did you put the connections for the jump on backwards or something? Shouldn't fry anything if its done correctly.
