2001 1.8T Exhaust Manifold DIY

Does anyone have information on a DIY for an exhaust manifold replacement?

I've done some searching in the forums but haven't been able to find anything detailed. I'm not the handiest when it comes to repairs on this car. Wouldn't mind giving it a go with the right instructions, and not a great level of difficulty.
