Hi, I'm new to this community, so I'm not completely sure how it works, but I have a 2004 New Beetle Convertible and the top won't come down. The indicator light will come on and I can hear the motor, but the top does not move. I've searched the forums and cannot seem to find a solution. Any suggestions can help. Thank you
