I assume, you have the 2.5L engine; the PCV diaphragm, is a common failure and we have also seen, a vacuum leak, from a cracked plastic hose/pipe, from the brake booster.

Using a scan tool, check your live data and see, what the fuel trims are, that can confirm, a fuel delivery or vacuum leak issue.
