I test drove a 2009 NBC a few months ago and it was listed at 16,500 which was way above my budget..but the price has now been lowered to 13,800. It's not a triple white nbc (what i have originally been looking for) but its white with black. Is 2009 better than 2007? I know that the that the 2003-2008 auto's were under an extended warranty for having valve body problems, but is 2009 safe?

Bought my wife an '09 about 18 months ago. It just went over 40K. I changed the fluid several months ago, when it had about 36K on it. So far, so good. Shifts are clean and smooth, just like the auto xmsns in big cars.

Can't confirm that the later model Tiptronics were any better, if you buy the car, keep a look out for shifting issue and plan on a $700-$1100 valve body overhaul either way.
