Hi There,

I have a 2014 Turbo Beetle with 30,000 miles. I am the 2nd owner, just bought it used in December. I find that when I shift it into reverse it seems to lunge into gear. Is this an issue I should address to the dealership re: transmission? It also does this when going forward/drive as well, but not as bad as reverse. Let me know your thoughts. thank you!

Lunging into reverse

Thank you! It's still under warranty. I think I will bring it in and hv them check it out. Appreciate your feedback :)

IF it still us under factory warranty; definitely take it in, asap! Once you get out of warranty; you typically, are on your own! :( Sometimes, there are recalls/extended warranties on known problems or vw will help you out but you never know, in those cases.
Take advantage of your factory warranty while you have it!
