Hi this morning my 2016 beetle 1.8 started and immediately shut off. It will turn over and maybe catch for a couple off seconds. The word oil appears. I checked the oil it was low but still there. I changed the oil and filter but problem continues. This is the first time happening. Any suggestions please

Any trouble codes? How does the starter spinning sound? IF the starter is spinning faster then normal and the engine sounds odd, you might have no compression (failed timing chain/tensioner). I would be checking for ignition spark, fuel pressure and compression. The basics, shouldn't be overlooked; let us know, if you want to tackle things yourself or seek professional help.
