I've been reading a lot of great posts here about AC issues and I've followed quite a few of them during testing.
I've determined that the cooling fans work properly, the fan control switch runs the fan speeds properly, the AC system is fully charged, all fuses and relays work properly.
Finally, the AC clutch will not turn on. Oddly, the line feeding the clutch power is getting 9.45 volts of power at all times and does not vary whether the key is in the ignition or car is running with fan and AC button on at 1500 RPM.
Based on all that I've read here I'm guessing I'll at least need a new Fan Control Module. Would that be the consensus?
Thank you for the great info!
