Alright guys finally got a chance to hook it back up to the ac machine anyway here are the results
Ac off pressures. High side 90ish low side 90ish
Ac on pressures high side 70ish low side 70ish compressor clutch engaged

I recovered all freon from system and turned on the ac and compressor clutch does not engage.
Then I vacuum the system then ran a leak test and all good then recharged.

Anyway still no cold air I need help

It sure seems like it. But that is an expensive part. I would get a second opinion, before I put a compressor on it. It took me about 3 hours to put the compressor on mine, it was a lot of work.

Maybe do a Google search on compressor having the same pressure on both sides while cycling?
