Hi all,
The AC on my 2003 new beetle won't work. I've changed the fuse box above the battery as well as the controller module under the battery, and the temp sensor in the radiator and still no fan or ac?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Did you take it anywhere for a professional opinion yet ?

I don't know about the beetle air , but other Volkswagen I know for sure wont operate with low pressure .

It may have a leak , it may just need recharging ....

How about the fuses in the drivers side door jamb area?

Wiring harness

Had the same problem in my '99. Fans wouldn't come on so A/C wouldn't work. Changed sensors, fan control relay, etc. Turned out my connectors on wiring harness to all of these components were corroded. A technician separated them all and cleaned them up and Shazam! It's been a year and no problems with cold A/C.
