Hello to all, I'm new to this forum and would like to ask for some advice.
I have never owned a VW of any variant but this might be about to change.
I am thinking of buying a new beetle for my partner so have been to see a couple. The one that is really standing out at the moment is a 2.3 V5 on a 2001 reg. Now from what I can see the car in question is in good order apart from needing a service as not had one since 2011, in need of a couple of tyres then there are a small amount of cosmetic bits that would need to be sorted but that's just me I like my cars to look good.
Are there any known problems that I should be aware of. ?
