These bolts are available, from vw; where are these, (on the front fender?), if that is the case, they are unique with a encapsulated washer and you can order them from your vw dealer or online through the vw website.

Would these not work then? I just wanted to cosmetically change them out for something like these which is why I ask Example

I do not know; i use the stock hardware. You might remove one off your car and use a metric bolt gauge, thread measurement gauge or nut to identify its size.

These gauges are typically sold or available to use at hardware or home improvement stores, where the nuts and bolts are sold.
