So I will be getting new axles soon. The boots are torn and with over 100k on the car I figure I might as well take the time to prevent any other possible problems. My question is that since I will be having the axles out and therefore half of the front suspension exposed or loose what else would you replace while you were in there?
Tie rods?
Ball joints?

Let me know what you think.

At 100k; I would check everything and see if anything needs replaced; you may need a alignment anyway. I would rather go through everything now and get an alignment with everything in good order... then have to redo it again because something breaks but thats just me! :)

I am thinking about doing the tie rod ends because for just another 100 bucks it really would make me feel better. Blau parts had their upgraded tie rod kits for about 50 bucks a side.
