2008 vw beetle the battery drain when i switch on abt 12.4v to 10.4v nd start slowly the battery is new so what we think ? its normal ? i also add a new load reduction relay this morning is start not bad but still drain the battery to 12.4v to 10.4v its normal ? so what we think ??

How is the stater acting; is the engine turning over? Is the battery draining; over night or when, you turn the engine over? If you could fully explain your situation and make things clearer, that would be helpful, thanks.
