I am a newb. I have searched all over the web but haven't found much.
I bought used BCS controller that will raise boost to 14.5+ lbs
I was wondering how much hp could i expect with that a 3"dp, 3" exhaust,tip and a air intake? i could all this and still be under the cost of a chip. Obviously will be saving for a chip in the future.

Install was easy! took in an hour at night with just a flashlight to see!
Difference is defiantly noticeable. I think the 3" dp and exhaust will make a HUGE difference though.

I purchased it used at 1/5 of that price. And no you don't need either of those.

The exhaust makes a huge difference. Just did mine and I went from holding 15 psi on mine tightened all the way to 17-18, sometimes as high as holding 20 tightened all the way. I need to get a different boost controller so that I don't fry something.

Well replaced plugs with ngk bkr7e's and now runs like crap. You would think with almost double stock psi it would utilize a on step colder plug:dunno:

What did you gap the plugs to?

I gapped them to .028 I got it to hit full boost but I think it had more power with the bkr6e plugs.
