Hey guys and gals, my blue temp light has been coming on randomly for about a month and a half.....well today it started flashing blue? I looked in the manual and it said that that was a result of a coolant problem. I thought maybe it needed coolant but upon lookin it looked as though it was in the normal range. Also the book said if coolant was to be added the temp light would flash red. But mine is flashing blue.. Whats the problem?

According to the Bentley manual, flashing blue means electrical malfunction.

I replaced the coolant temp sensor (on the "heart valve" going into the upper radiator hose) and this fixed the problem. About $5-$6 from the dealership.

Same here. It's an easy fix, and no tools needed. Just make sure the car is stone cold, and you'll barely lose any coolant either. As Porkchop said, the part is cheap too.
