Would be very easy to change ou if I can find one. Never realized those were metal fuses there on top of the battery block. The center one is out. Might be part of my ongoing charging problem. I guess it's my resident VW Beetle electrical gremlin...

Yes i've seen those on Ebay but the only problem is that one fuse, makes much more sense to replace one fuse than the whole fuse block. I'm going to call the VW dealership tomorrow morning, although they aren't very helpful. They never seem too eager to help unless you're buying alot of $$$ worth of parts.

not locally, more important is to fugure out what cause it to blow first. It go's to your fan control module-just fyi So my first guess would be one of your fans or the module itself.
