Hello guys, yesterday the MIL came ON I checked with scanner and code P0012 came up, before going into the timming belt is there something you guys suggest I should check? It happend after a kid with a noisy acura got into my nerves and had to smoke him, thanks Turbo

Most of the time I've run into this, it is caused by the cam adjuster assembly... I would remove the valve cover and see if the timing chain has "cut a groove" into the adjuster's upper guide.

I'd clear it and see if it comes back. I had this code, or the P0011 code I don't remember which, come on once after I changed my fuel filter. Never has come back.

Thanks for answering, I did deleted the code, so far it hasn't show up again, I'll check the belt like you mention.
