Just redid my entire suspension and had a shop press in my TT/R32 CA bushings. They did a major hack job on them! The front bushing was fine but the rears were horrible. Chewed up on the rubber flanges and on one side, both arms, the flange did not even exit the cylinder. What effect if any will this have? I'm taking it in for an alignment tomorrow and my thinking is that assuming they can successfully do an alignment, then there is no real issue?

Take the rear ca back, show the manager, and ask them to re-do the job. Bring a receipt for the bushings and ask for new bushings. They will most likely do the job properly for you. I had the same problem with my truck a few years ago.
