Hi all I have a new to me 2012 better turbo fender edition. It threw a P2015 code a week ago. I took her in and they tore her apart, VW paid as it’s covered intake valve for 15 years of 150,000 miles , while they were in there they quoted me $3900 to have more work done, ugh this dealership sucks they replaced the manifold, seals, line etc.
they said the following; Replace the coolant bottle due to contaminated/discolored, Kim Darren cage is leaking oil at front and rear of cylinder head, bushings are torn through, lower oil pan is dented but not leaking?
The car runs like a dream. Also coolant and oil temp 194’ for coolant and 210’ for oil? Is that okay? Thoughts ?
