By popular request, I have changed the default number of posts per page to 20 (from 10). This is a user-configurable option, so if you want it to be 10 (more 5, or more than 20), you can go here:

http://newbeetle.org/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions

If you don't change your options, you'll see 20 posts per page...the new default.

Mine is set higher, too, but I think 20 makes a good default. :)

When you view a thread... you well see 20 posts per page, as opposed to the old default which was 10? (5?)

So on this thread, when the 21st person posts, it will break and there will be 2 pages..

You can change this in your UserCP to show how many posts per page, I have mine set at 40... by default.. you will see 20.

That help Scott?

Yep. More posts on a page makes it take more time to load. But if you're determined to read a thread start to finish; it saves you having to look at multiple pages.

You can find the setting in User CP(top menu, on the left) -> Edit Options(left menu, near the top) -> Number of Posts to Show Per Page(down near the bottom of the page, in the middle)
