Hi All
I'm hoping you may be able to help me? I have a 2013 blue motion beetle. The clock (time)display had never worked from new. I can set the clock but as soon as I drive it the clock disappears and only comes back on when I'm stationary. I told my dealership about this, they took the car in and said that it needed a whole new electrical panel. They did this under the guarantee. When I got it back, it was exactly the same. It went back in yesterday to be investigated and today I got a phone call telling me apparently this is standard, and the clock is not able to be on permanent display! I'm a novice but why would they have taken it in and changed the panel in the first place if this is standard? Am I being fobbed off?? Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Thanks
Tanya

Which cluster/radio do you have? Do you have the multi function one that shows all sorts of info or the red one that doesn't show nearly as much. On mine with the base radio the clock is always there on the cluster and the radio.
