Driver side interior metal door handle broke

My driver side interior door handle broke, not the pull handle that you use to close the door but the actual metal handle at the top of the door used to open it.

Does anyone know what this part is called or the number or where to find one. I have a 1998.

I appreciate the help.

At over $200 from the VW dealer (OUCH!); used, seems like a good route to go and probably worth spending the time, to find them. I am not aware; of any aftermarket, versions of these at this time, VW dealer only: local junkyard or ebay are good sources, for inexpensive used vw parts.
