Check engine light on? To restore engine power, replace those worn coil packs and while you're at it, replace the other components as well to ensure optimum performance.

Click the link below for all coil pack options!

You don't seem to list any coil packs for the APH engine code.
Why is that? I have a 2000 New Beetle 1.8 and am thinking of getting some new coil packs but you don't have any listed for my engine.

Let me know if I am mistaken.

Thank you.

PS: My coil packs are Hitachi bolt down.

If you notice the link takes you to a Golf IV page and the later packs are the ones that have had recall campaigns, issues, problems, etc., the earlier bolt down packs seem to have been better.

Anyway I'm sure if you go to the ecs site and navigate thru using your vehicles' info they'll have several options for you.

They have Karlyn & OEM as singles or in 4 packs:

OEM / Performance Parts for Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Porsche & Volkswagen - ECS Tuning
Cool, Thanks! I see the 2000 Beetle coil packs are a lot more expensive than the 2001+ coil packs. Right now the original coil packs are still working well but I will keep them in mind if anything starts failing.
