Well, one of the most common issues; related to electrical problems and lack of power, is the door harness. The harness, goes from the body to the door and is encased in a black, ribbed rubber sheath. The wires, flex, everytime, the door is opened and closed. Eventually, the wires break and the power to the door's electricals/accessories are killed. So, I would inspect the wires for breakage and you could also, do a continuity test with a multimeter, to find breaks, in the wiring.
Here is a great DIY, to disassemble the door and it shows, the wiring harness, how to get to it.

Here is a thread with some photos; showing, how you can push the rubber protective cover to the side and expose the wires, to inspect for damage.

As for speakers no working, we have seen; many, lose the "foam surround" rings, and this will cause them to stop working or become very quiet. These can be repaired with new foam edge/surround kits or just get new or used good ones.

Let us know, the results of your testing and inspection. Then, we can go from there! Thanks!
