The wife drive jello to work last night, like always. I get in to drive her to work this morning, and add I pull out I hear the most horrendous sound ever. I got out and peak under the car, and the dam is broke free and dragging the ground. She pulled in to far at work and slammed the parking stop. Grill was popped loose, but I was able to fix that at work.... Noe to find a new dam... any ideas where I could get one other than the bone yard? I keep telling myself it's just a car.... But my heart knows I'm lying.... Lol

Otherwise; you can spend more money and get a metal skid plate, as the plastic ones... just keep getting destoryed over, over and over again.

Thank you so much!! My boss said you don't need them, but they put them there for a reason, so I want to replace, and keep her looking good. With my wife driving maybe two metal plates.... Lol

You do need it unless you want road mud/dirt/grime on your serpentine belt and pulleys especially after it rains.
