Well after chasing a front turn signal issue for a couple of weeks I finally solved it and thought I'd share both the issue and fix.
Had the fast flash issue and traced it to the front bulb, I thought. Pulled the bulb and saw it was good after having replace it. It would flash correctly for a day or two then would go back to no flash. Thought it was the socket or wiring and after playing the game of wiggling and shaking and swapping bulbs around. I took a good look at the contacts in the socket. There was pitting in the primary contact - so a little cleaning and a little prying to add extra pressure on the bulb and alls well again.
So I hope this helps others with intermittent flasher issues.
