FS: Baja / Lifted / Off Road - Wisconsin - Price Reduced

It'll put a smile on your face every time you look at it. Take it for a drive and you'll be bombarded with waves, double-takes, and thumbs up. Get ready for a conversation at every gas station and parking lot. Great in the snow!

2.0L, Automatic, AC, cruise, keyless entry, PW, PDL, heated seats.

Custom, one-of-a-kind items: front and rear tubular bumpers, fold down tire carrier, roof light bar. All Hella lights are functional; separate switches for front and roof.

New within last three years: timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, battery, catalytic converter, Magnaflow exhaust, cabin filter, carpeting, struts, shocks, wheels and tires.

Body is in good shape with some scratches; no rust. Title in hand. Comes with a clean Carfax report. Asking $5800; open to offers. Hate to see it go; time for a new project.

More pictures and info can be found here:

Also, it's listed on Milwaukee's Craigslist under the title "New Beetle Baja".

This hadn't sold yet??? I've become inspired by her and am flying out to FL to buy a '02 TDI Beetle w/MT @125K miles. I am going to completely steal your ideas and implement them. Had yours been a TDI manual, I'd be tempted.

Best of luck and thanks for sharing all the info and pics!
I would so love to own this car, but I'm in California and transport would be costly, besides I already have two Bugs; I think my family would commit me if I bought another!

BTW, this looks like two different cars; the interiors look different in some of the pics.

I'll have to update the linked post. The GTI seats and stereo have been removed and replaced with stock. Thanks for the heads up.
Looks really clean and really straight. I hope you have some luck selling it :goodjob:
