Fuse 25

I am having an issue. My fuse 25 is not getting power. My intermittent wipers and my rear defrost work. (thought it could be relay) I can barely feel the heat coming from my vent. My blower fan for the heater and AC won't come on and my AC switch does not engage either. Any help would be appreciated.

Any help here would be awesome..It's starting to get cold here and money is tight around the holidays.
