Looks like a red gtg :)

Red Rider, I think my next mod (besides the monster mats I need so bad) are the taillights you have on yours. I really like them! Thanks again for that link

Damn Gina....looking good. Where's the big scratch at on the dash? Is it something that a dashmat might cover?? That could be an option. :goodjob:
Funny story how that happened (more like stupid)...
I was vacuuming the car when i noticed just how much dust was on the dash. So I went to kinda vacuum up the dust when the top of the hose just made a *EEEEEEEEK* noise, right across the dash :( It's not very deep, and you probably wouldn't notice it unless I pointed it out. I considered a dashmat, but I just don't care for the look
Thanks for the comments guys :) Hopefully xmas will bring some new toys to install and play with. I'll post a couple pics later when I get home today.
A couple pics celebrating the holidays. I secured the santa hat with pins so it actually stayed on while I drove. Got lots of looks :)

I love legend of zelda games :) Link's my buddy, he dances around in the bud vase while I drive.

I drove for about 3 days with the santa hat on, even on the highways. It never even moved, I did a good job securing it. I eventually had to take it off because it rained; it got so wet it was weighing down the antenna.

Hey how did you get your spoiler to stay up when not in motion?????
There's a little button underneath the steering wheel that "deploys" the spoiler when you're not going the 90mph (or however fast you need to be going). I pushed it while the key was still in the ignition and when I turned the car off, it stayed up :)

red rider, geez I can't decide if I should buy those or the red/white OEM looking tails. I'm terrible at making decisions. Thanks for the help though, I'll def get in contact when I actually get something

You remeber what you said about our modlists mirroring each others?
Our cars are the exact opposite! I've got a 2000 Cyber Green 2.0 Auto, and you've got a Red 1.8T Manual! What a coincidence! Those red/white tails will look fantastic, even more so if you do the rear fog mod.
Well...at least they're both 2000 cars haha
Not really any "pretty" pics, but just a few things I've done recently. Just installed the Silverstar bulbs -- I love them! Something so small seems to make a big difference. Also included are my decals (with a freezing 32 degree hello! i look like wilson from home improvement hiding behind that camera), new monster mats, the peeling paint thanks to Geico, and my new toy :)

Here's also a pic of the deer collision from 2 months ago. Hit the thing at around 60-70mph, the trooper said I was really lucky!

I looked outside and saw a great sunset with pink and blue sky, so I snatched the camera and tried to capture the moment in the reflection of my just-washed hood. 65 degrees today wow!

Just bought some red/clear OEM looking tailights :) They should be in by Wednesday, I can't wait! I'll take some installation pics too, just for fun. Too bad they won't be here for the GTG over the weekend
Here are some install pics, one that particularly shows my frustration :D I really love these tails though <3
Those are marvins_dad's instructions on my trunk shelf there (thanks!!) and the plunger for stubborn lights in the trunk hehe

one more..

Thanks guys :) The pics don't really do it justice, they look much nicer and sleeker in real life! We'll see how well I did the installation after this weekend with all the rain/snow/ice. If there's no condensation in there, I'll be a happy camper.
front and back pics of the vinyl emblem inserts

Thanks guys, I think it looks great with the inserts. I don't know why it's not factory either, but for the $7 I paid, it was def worth it.

Auusie Bug, I bet you can't wait to get your bug back, I saw those crash pics! ouch. I'm guessing that red Supra back there is yours? Very nice looking!
Wow, that's a long time. My mom had an accident a while back in her BMW, some truck hit her whole driver side trying to change lanes. Her car was gone for months and months also. Sucks!

I bought my inserts from Slug (the sticker guy) for about $7, any color you want, front and back. The back ones were a little big, I just trimmed them down with a blade. I really dig the look though.
Thank you thank you!

Yeah they were 7 bux for the front and back. Not bad!
It's Rock Creek Park in DC :)

chris, they're almost like stickers, but better. You peel them off and position them, then just place them on. I rubbed them down with a q-tip to make sure they were stuck on there real good. So far, they've survived against rain, snow, ice, and car washings, so they're not real flimsy like stickers are :p
