I have an 04 beetle. When I turn the heated seat on the highest setting(5), it works fine but anything less it doesn't feel like its working. Anyone else with this issue? Thank for the help!

It is a common thing.

A couple of my Beetles were like this, but the one I have now, I can feel the warmth starting on 3.
