Hi, I have a beetle convertible 57 plate, the passenger side window was playing up recently have have been told i need a new N/S window motor and door wire harness. The garage advised me to get hunting as ordering these in new will cost a fortune. Any ideas where i can get my hands on one? I have tried ebay, the motor isnt suitable for the convertible and there is not UK sellers for the door harness. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Vari x

Hi Vari just a word of warning, I have recently purchased parts for my 2014 beetle from outside of the UK and have incurred import tax charges that sellers failed to calculate. Just be prepared for this extra expense because sometimes it's just as cheap to order parts in the UK.
Have you tried breakers yards or the autotrader?
