There is not enough room to access this bolt now I have stripped the head, any pointers how to extract it? It is seized on pretty good but doable. Need a very short extension looks like to apply proper force. Anyone encounter this and what did you do to get the 2 bolts off the caliper mount?

You might try a couple of ideas:

1. Depending on the access; vise grips, monkey wrenches etc.; can sometimes, grip enough to remove a stripped bolt.

2. Use a "bolt out" type of stripped bolt removal tools; they grip the stripped head enough to remove the bolt: (These are OEM IRWIN/HANSON but sold under a number of different brands)

3. If you have a welder or take it to a shop; they can tack weld a nut on the stripped bolt head and remove the bolt.

For the bolt out solution; you get one that is slightly smaller then the damaged bolt and use a hammer to tap it on and then remove the offending bolt. Let us know how things go and which solution worked for you.
