Hello everyone, the name's Johnny!

I'm not new to the Beetle scene..I used to have a 2002 GLS 1.8T with a 5 speed. I had quite a few mods done to it and in June of this year, I was T-boned and the car was totaled...I took the money, paid off some debts and purchased a 2003 Turbo S! It's a bit rough cosmetically. The headliner could be replaced, the driver seat should be refurbished, and it definitely needs a new coat of paint. However, there isn't any rust and there aren't any dents! The engine looks extremely clean for some reason and it leads me to believe that it was replaced at some point in the car's life. The lil bug has 179,000 miles right now too. I took as much as I could from my last bug to throw on my new one. If somebody tells me how to post pics, I'll definitely throw some up of my last one and my progress with the new one!

Hi there! We've been waiting for you! :wink2:

I'm sorry to hear about your 2002 GLX. I have one, and I would cry if she died for me. :(

But, lucky you, a Turbo S! I've owned two, and would buy my 03 back in a heartbeat!

When posting, scroll down a bit, and you'll see a button "Manage Attachments". This is used to grab pics from your computer. Easy peasey! :D
