Did anyone find a resolution to this?

My horn does not work at all either. I have checked the ground and it has good resistance. I can also hear the relay clicking when the horn is depressed and key is in the ignition and in on position. However, there is no voltage at the horn's connectors when the horn is depressed with the key on. I have not checked the steering wheel contacts, and frankly I don't want to...that doesn't sound like fun.

Any one else get past this one?

I have an update.

I replaced the original relay (not available at local auto parts stores) and that fixed the horn issue!

Mine also does not work unless the key is on. I believe this to be designed behavior because I can hear the relay click when pressing the horn button only with the key on (ok, that was with the old relay when the horn wasn't working). The relay seems to only be energized when the key is on.

I would like to get confirmation on this. How is my daughter supposed to warn anyone if her car is off? Yell loudly?

Oh yeah, I replaced the ignition switch as well. Still no horn. The wires are part of a massive wire bundle in the dash so it is very hard to go through. I'll likely find the beginning to it and run clean new line to the horns and simply bypass the faulty horn lines in the bundle.
Fohveh, don't know if you ever found the issue with this. When I replaced my relay, I could easily see at least one of the wires running to the horns, I believe it was the black/brown(orange/red?) striped wire. You could easily check to see if that wire has a break in it.
