Teh Beetles are my favorite band, they are soo 1337! My favorite beetle was John Lennon, he roxxers!

:p I'm just kidding, I didn't find this forum on accident because I like the Beatles and don't know how to spell. I'm here because CrazyJames and retrorich who are also members at www.keepmusicalive.com, got me interested in joining this forum. I don't currently own a beetle, but I've definitely considered it lately, seeing as how gas prices have jumped a dollar a gallon over the past year. I've driven them before and I think they're pretty nice little rides.

So I'm looking forward to learning more about Beetles, and if anyone here is a music lover or a musician, check out the links in my sig which will direct you to Keep Music Alive, the place where I met Rich and James. :)

Thom, izzat you? (The modelmaker?)

The stuff I can't carry in my New Beetle:
Gibson SJN
Gibson Nighthawk
Epiphone Casino
Epiphone Riviera 12-string
Fender Pro Reverb (silverface)
Fender Bandmaster (blackface)
Carvin SB-70 bass
Hartke 1x15 bass amp
MIT Rotophaser rotary cabinet

Check out my music page: Inside the Fender Vibratone

Agreed that "Revolver" is freakin' amazing. But I think "Rubber Soul" competes for "best album ever".

And, two words to ponder: "Forever Changes".

What's Keep Music Alive?

From a quick glance it's a resource for sheet music.

I'll have to check it out.

Hey, welcome to the org.
It's a new site for musicians and music-lovers alike. They're all about giving the gift of music to those who can't afford it. They were building a database of tablature, lyrics, and sheet music... but the greedy bastards at the MPA are using scare tactics to keep stuff like that off the internet, even though they don't have a legal leg to stand on. So for now they're waiting it out and just sharing their knowledge and love of music with each other. It's a great site with a lot of personality. Good people :)
