Hey Everyone-
My name is Lee I have had a 99 New Beetle TDI for about 2 years. I am always looking for information on repairs, customization and shortcuts for repairs. I actually do have a laptop with VCDS(VAGCOM) 10.1 available to code items for use or I can help. My family has had a lot of VWs I had a Rabbit Diesel and a Scirocco when I was in high school. My dad had several vw tdi vehicles and my nephew has a newer Jetta.
My Beetle is just about to come back from the dead, since I am just finishing up a repair from having my timing belt break while driving. Did all work myself, except seating the new valves. I was able to save the head. Just replaced cam followers and valves.
