The dashboard unit came from AliExpress, and the screen is a Joying 9". because the screen can be mounted without taking up the full radio space like a Kenwood or other models, I installed the Audi tt Vents at full length with fiberglass, and used flex hose to connect them to the ductwork system.

Awesome, where did you get the climate control knobs?

I trimmed a mk4 Jetta/golf control set with a Dremel and mounted it in the AliExpress dash piece with fiberglass, then used the aftermarket knobs that are floating around for those. You can get them in black with aluminum or white on AliExpress, eBay, Amazon. Pretty common.
