Hello New Beetle Friends!
I have for sale a used JL Audio Stealthbox (for NEW Beetle only - will not fit BEETLE) and JL Audio JX250x1 Monosub amp.
This JL Stealthbox was installed for car show/mods in 2004-2010 and sat in the spare tire well with the spare tire installed till this spring when I decided to go back to stock. I'm old now and subs aren't my thing anymore. I even put back the OE tape deck
The original 10W3v3-2 sub is still in place as shown but the rubber has deteriorated overtime. A 10W3v3-2 or your sub of choice will need to replace the one in it. The sub enclosure in in great shape and there is one small cut in the cover shown with a plastic water bottle cover to show size.
I loved this sub enclosure because it would allow me to keep my spare tire (tools must be moved to a bag and placed in the trunk) and the truck was still usable. The original JL new floor and panels are included to raise the stock NB trunk up 3" and some of the foam has been removed and discarded to fit the amp and wires. The bolt that goes through the floorboard has some light rust due to being exposed under the vehicle. Other parts are fine.
This stealthbox sale will also include a JL Audio JX250/1 (250 watts RMS) amp I used with the set up.
